Salon de l'Automobile 2019

The Salon de l'Automobile 2019 has started at the Swami Vivekananda Centre (SVICC) at Pailles. It will be held from Friday 2nd August to Sunday 4th August 2019. The entrance fee for adults is Rs 50 and for children under 12 years, it is free.

Many big names from the Mauritian automobile industry are present:  Toyota Mauritius, CFAO (Volkswagen), Leal & Co. Ltd and United Motors Ltd (Kia, Haval), Raouf Dusmohamud & Co (Perodua), EAL Man Hin (Honda) and Allied Motors (Nissan, Datsun and Infiniti) are present at the Salon de l'Automobile 2019.

Leasing, insurance companies and companies selling automobile accessories are also present.

Domaine de l'étoile : Dream-like panorama

Located near the village of Sebastopol, lies a beautiful reserve in the East of Mauritius named "Domaine de l'étoile". Extended over 1200 hectares, it is considered to be the biggest private reserve of the Island. The best phrase heard from visitors to describe the place is "Dream-like  panorama".You will surely be mesmerised by the beauty of the flora and fauna, the serpentine track roads going to the top of the mountain and the views.The pictures will surely prove it.
