This year the organising committee of Porlwi has put nature in the forefront. Based on the theme 'Nature' various sites have been decorated to celebrate the event.

These places are :

1. The Citadelle
2. Bourbon Street
3. Le Grenier Building
4. Caudan Water Front

Domaine de l'étoile : Dream-like panorama

Located near the village of Sebastopol, lies a beautiful reserve in the East of Mauritius named "Domaine de l'étoile". Extended over 1200 hectares, it is considered to be the biggest private reserve of the Island. The best phrase heard from visitors to describe the place is "Dream-like  panorama".You will surely be mesmerised by the beauty of the flora and fauna, the serpentine track roads going to the top of the mountain and the views.The pictures will surely prove it. There are a number of activities offered by the reserve.The best way to get close to nature is by hiking for sure! There are 3km and 7 km tracks.
